> Alignment Worx is a New Orleans-based Fractional COO and Integrator coaching firm serving companies running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). We bring COO-level leadership to Visionary-led companies and work alongside EOS® Implementers to close the distance between vision and traction.

## What we do

- **Fractional COO Services** — Embedded COO-level leadership for Visionary-led companies running on EOS®. We fill the COO/Integrator seat, run the leadership team, and bring operational execution without the full-time overhead. Minimum 6-month engagement. The goal: build the systems (the "root system"), train your team, and help you hire a full-time COO so the fractional role becomes obsolete.
- **COO/Integrator Coaching** — Coaching and development for newly promoted or existing COOs and Integrators. We strengthen the Visionary/Integrator partnership and accelerate their ability to own execution.
- **Kolbe® Consulting** — Kolbe A assessments and team conative-strength alignment.
- **ISO Business Integration** — ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 20252 (market research) implementation and audit readiness.
- **Market Research** — Strategic insights and research operations.
