Coach Sean Payton and quarterback Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints — illustrating the Coach and Quarterback dynamic

Great coaches and quarterbacks. Who comes to mind?

Maybe it's Belichick and Brady. Reid and Mahomes. Lombardi and Starr.

But hey, I'm a SAINTS fan: Payton and Brees all the way, baby... WHO DAT!!!! And Brees just made The Hall of Fame (just saying!)

OK, back on track now. How does this apply to EOS® and your business?

EOS® Implementer vs. EOS® Integrator: What's the Difference?

An EOS® Implementer is your coach: they teach your leadership team the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, facilitate your quarterly and annual sessions, and guide you through the framework. They work with your team from the outside, helping you master the tools and disciplines that make EOS® work.

An EOS® Integrator is your quarterback: they're in your business, executing the Visionary's vision and running day-to-day operations. They're accountable for results, manage the leadership team, ensure the plan gets done, and drive traction on your company's goals. They're accountable for results, manage the leadership team, ensure the plan gets done, and drive traction on your company's goals.

The simplest way to think about it:

Implementer = Coach on the sidelines

Integrator = Quarterback on the field

At Alignment Worx, I serve as an EOS® Integrator for companies that are running on EOS® and need experienced operational and strategic leadership to execute their vision — without the cost of a full-time hire.
